Planning and secure funding
Upgrading to Digital Terrestrial TV (or DTT) takes financial, commercial and technical expertise. Irrespective of varying local conditions, NGB has the expertise in these areas and is ready to contribute from an early stage to all activities that need to be completed, prior to introducing Digital Terrestrial TV in the market.
Such activities include:

  • Establishing an understanding of the market conditions; including consumer requirements and the regulatory landscape.
  • Establishing a well defined strategy and a business plan that outlines financial and implementation aspects of the roll-out; including marketing plans, business models, technology decisions, risk analysis, organization and staffing, budgets and more.
  • Establishing the capital requirements and finding investors.
